Il y a 15 jours je demande à mon chef ce qu'elle pense de ma performance:
"
Regarding your probation period, we shall discuss upon my return in detail. As we have discussed before, I think you are doing alright but there are a few things you need to deal with: punctuation, initiative/communication (though this is improving) and organisation. These are small things that you should get rid-off right now. Otherwise, you are cordial, opened-minded, hard-working and tend to understand the compliance legal side."
Puis après 15 jours de vacances qu'elle à prise. elle décide de me virer. Personne ne comprend son changement d'avis. Les RH non plus. Je précise que mon contrat de travail est soumis au droit monegasque
